The 2018 BlockWork event has been set for Saturday, October 27, on, “National Make a Difference Day.” The Salisbury Community Appearance Commission and Salisbury Housing Advocacy Commission are accepting volunteer applications through August 31. 

Halloween Funfest

Celebrate this spooky holiday with food, trick-or-treating and games on October 27 from 3 to 6 p.m. $5 for unlimited game play and activities. Located in Downtown Salisbury, the City Hall parking lot (217 S. Main St.).

Fulton St., Salisbury). Topics at the workshops include "10 Ways to Stand Out at a Career Expo" and "Know Your VIPES: Values, Interest, Personality, Experiences, and Skills."
