The Salisbury Citizens Academy helps citizens find out the answer to these and other questions about City government and operations. Celebrate this spooky holiday with food, trick-or-treating and games on October 27 from 3 to 6 p.m. $5 for unlimited game play and activities. Located in Downtown Salisbury, the City Hall parking lot (217 S. Main St.).
