This month’s employee spotlight is Kaley Sink, a senior management analyst for the Finance Department. In her role, Kaley monitors budget expenditures, provides support to various City departments, and maintains information for the annual financial report.
“My favorite part of my job is the variety and learning aspects. Every day is different. Working with various departments in the City, I get to learn a little bit about each area. I get exposed to many different types of jobs and get basic knowledge of them instead of just knowing how my job/department works. I get to see how a lot of the departments inside the City work with each other. In a way, it’s like getting to see how each of the pieces of the puzzle fit together.”
