The City of Salisbury’s Customer Service Department makes it easy for residents to pay their bills at no additional charge through the official City website at www.salisburync.gov/billpay. Residents of Salisbury can pay their bills fast and on time with no “convenience fees.” In particular, the online payment method will save both time and money because of its easy and user-friendly format. Patrons have 24-hour access to the service seven days a week, with the added benefit of knowing what they owe and when to pay in advance.
