Vaccine Clinics Move to Appointment-Based Model Rowan County / Monday, January 25, 2021 0 0 In a letter released today from Public Health Director Nina Oliver, the Health Department will move to an appointment-based model for vaccines beginning with its first-dose clinic scheduled for Wednesday, January 27. Vaccine allocations from the state remain low at this time, so Director Oliver urged eligible but healthy and willing citizens to hold off vying for the appointment slots until more are available, or for citizens who are Novant Health patients to focus attempts to seek a vaccination through their clinic.
