Downtown Salisbury, Inc. (DSI) will host Brewbury Fest on Friday and Saturday, September 20-21. The downtown Salisbury Brewbury Fest is a two-day event to celebrate the art of craft beer and showcase the city’s buzzing downtown. This ticketed event will allow attendees 21 years of age or older to experience the diverse flavors offered by esteemed craft breweries from all over North Carolina.

The Summer Youth Employment program provides a six-week employment opportunity, designed to give high school and college students the knowledge and skills they need to succeed post-graduation. The Rowan EDC announced today that Henkel Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of adhesive technologies, laundry & home care and beauty care products, will expand its operations in Salisbury. The company will invest up to $45 million dollars in new equipment and a series of improvements at its Salisbury facility, including a new state-of-the-art production area for UV Acrylic Adhesives used in tapes and labels within the packaging and consumer goods industry.
