Parks and Recreation & Senior Center Master Plan City of Salisbury + Rufty-Holmes

The City of Salisbury is partnering with Rufty-Holmes Senior Center Board of Directors to create a Master Plan for new dedicated senior center space, recreation space and an outdoor aquatics facility at the current Salisbury Civic Center site located at 315 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue. This project will propose updating recreation, aquatics, and senior center facilities for both the City’s and County’s current and future needs based on consideration of history, demographics, and future growth.

Your completion of this survey will help in designing the activities and amenities at a new joint Recreation / Aquatics and Senior Center facility. This survey is the first step in a series of engagement sessions looking for your input on this future facility.

Additional opportunities to engage are below:

Sunday, April 28, 3 p.m. at Bell Tower Green

Wednesday, May 29, time TBD, at Rufty-Holmes for a Drop-In Session

Saturday, June 15, time TBD, at Bell Tower Green, Juneteenth
