At this time, no arrests have been made for either incident but the Salisbury Police Department is working with State and Federal partners to bring this investigation to a resolution and to develop ideas on how to prevent this kind of senseless violence.

He has been employed by the city of Salisbury for more than 23 years, 16 of which were as utilities director.
