Now in its eleventh year, the Salisbury Sculpture Show has returned to Salisbury.
The award-winning Sculpture Show, curated by the Salisbury Public Art Committee (SPAC), has brought 16 works of art from across the eastern U.S. to temporary homes in downtown Salisbury, local colleges and around Salisbury neighborhoods.
This year includes works by artists Matt Amante, Jonathan Bowling, Robert Coon, Jim Gallucci, Hanna Jubran, Roger Martin, Harry McDaniel, Jordan Parah, Charles Pilkey, Richard Pitts, Adam Walls and Jim Weitzel.
Residents and visitors interested in the self-guided tour should begin at the Visitors’ Center located at 204 East Innes Street to pick up a brochure or visit www.salisburync.gov/SculptureShow. While on the walking tour, participants can utilize the Otocast app, a mobile audio guide used around the country for public art, historic sites and landmarks. The Otocast app is free and can be downloaded from Apple’s App store and Google Play Store.
