This month’s employee spotlight is Jennifer Silvia, human resources analyst II/ benefits administrator. In her role, Jennifer is responsible for handling people-related concerns and needs that arise within the city. She administers benefits and assists with the retirement process, in addition to being involved with recruitment, onboarding, compensation, training and development for city employees.
“My favorite part of my job is the people. I get the opportunity to interact with and help a group of people who have different personalities, cultures, and interests, along with many other unique qualities. My role allows me the opportunity to bring so many people together for the common good to help residents and visitors in Salisbury, and that is very rewarding to me.“
