Join the Parks & Recreation Department & F.A.C.T. on Saturday, August 3, 2024. This is a free event that will take place at Kelsey Scott Park located at 1920 Old Wilkesboro Rd. in Salisbury, NC. The event is free, and will provide plenty of fun, along with games, food and drinks. The event will start at 11 a.m. and will end at 5 p.m.
