Attempted Bank Robbery

 

The Salisbury Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a subject that is responsible for an attempted armed robbery at the Bank of America located at 500 West Innes St. in Salisbury this afternoon. At approximately 1:00pm a Black Male wearing a hat and sunglasses entered the bank and presented the teller with a note demanding money. The suspect then became nervous and left the bank without obtaining any money.  The suspect was last seen running down N Craige St. in Salisbury.  If you recognize this subject please contact the Salisbury Police Department at 704-638-5333 or Salisbury-Rowan Crime Stoppers at 1-866-639-5245.Tips may also be submitted online at tips.salisburyrowancrimestoppers.org or thru our Facebook page www.facebook.com/SalisburyPoliceDepartment .
