As cooks gear up for the holiday season, Salisbury-Rowan Utilities has tips for discarding leftover Fats, Oils, and Grease, also known as FOG. FOG will accumulate and stick to the pipe walls causing future sewer backups in your home, restaurant, or other buildings.
Salisbury-Rowan Utilities crews are repairing two water main breaks in the 1100 Block of South Martin Luther King Blvd. and the 100 Block of Milford Hills Road.
