Be The Difference, Be An I.T. Manager - Employee Spotlight: Dale Waters

his month’s employee spotlight is Dale Waters, the City of Salisbury Information Technology (IT) Manager. He is responsible for meeting the technology needs of the City of Salisbury by maintaining existing technology and fostering technology growth.

Recognizing the health and safety challenges for those experiencing homelessness in Salisbury, City Council approved 2021 Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Program (CDBG-CV) funding for an outreach coordinator position to help support the local Homeless Task Force.
