Downtown Salisbury, Inc. (DSI) has released a request for proposals (RFP) to qualified developers to purchase and redevelop the historic Empire Hotel located in downtown Salisbury. For every Rowan County resident who does not respond to the 2020 Census, the county loses $1,823 per person.
