During Spruce Up Weeks, City of Salisbury residents can place items at the curb on their regular collection day before 7:00 a.m.

The City of Salisbury Public Works Department will pick up your old appliances, tires without rims (limit 5 tires or less per location) and extra bagged trash. This is a great time to encourage a neighborhood cleanup!

2021 Salisbury Sculpture Show announces call for entries

The Salisbury Public Art Committee announces a call for entries for the 2021 Salisbury Sculpture Show. Entering its 13th year, the Salisbury Sculpture Show has featured artists from more than 10 states and has earned regional and national recognition. Artists are invited to submit their outdoor pieces for consideration in the award-winning art installation program by Monday, Dec. 21.

The Salisbury Community Appearance and Salisbury Housing Advocacy Commissions will host their tenth annual “BlockWork” neighborhood beautification project, in the 200 block of South Clay Street, Saturday, October 24, on “National Make a Difference Day” and Sunday, October 25.
