As the Rowan County United Way (RCUW) 2020-2021 campaign kicks off, the Salisbury Police Department (SPD) is putting last year’s United Way Grant Funding towards substance abuse prevention and detection, one of RCUW’s impact areas.

The Salisbury Public Art Committee announces a call for entries for the 2021 Salisbury Sculpture Show. Entering its 13th year, the Salisbury Sculpture Show has featured artists from more than 10 states and has earned regional and national recognition. Artists are invited to submit their outdoor pieces for consideration in the award-winning art installation program by Monday, Dec. 21.
