Halloween Fun Fest Returns October 28, 2023

Saturday, October 28, 2023 4-7 p.m.

Begin the evening at 4:00 pm by Trick-or-Treating with the Downtown Salisbury businesses!
After you fill your buckets with goodies, make your way over to the fabulous new Bell Tower Green Park for some F-U-N entertainment & games!
Dress to impress for our costume contest starting at 6:30 pm.
Don't forget to check out the awesome Jack-O-Lantern Luminaries around Bell Tower Green while you're there! If you're interested in making your own luminary, stop by City Hall, City Park, Civic Center, Hall Gym or Miller Teen Center for your bag to decorate. Return your bag to us by October 27th at 5 pm to be displayed onsite at Bell Tower Green during the Halloween Fun Fest event!
2023 Schedule::
Trick-or-Treating with Downtown Merchants (Downtown Salisbury Businesses): 4:00 pm-5:30 pm
Games, Entertainers, Hay Ride and Haunted Trolley Ride at Bell Tower Green: 4:00 pm-6:30 pm
Costume Contest at Bell Tower Green: 6:30 pm (promptly)
Open to all ages.
