This month’s employee spotlight is Planning Manager Victoria Bailiff. In this role, Victoria manages the zoning team within the Land and Development Services Department. She also prepares text amendments and rezoning cases for both the Planning Board and City Council, collaborates with developers and residents to help guide projects through the planning and permitting process, and plays a vital part in the review process for subdivisions and site plans.
“I enjoy helping to plan out the future of Salisbury, providing opportunities to bring in new businesses while also ensuring a safe living environment for our current and future residents. I love a challenge and writing ordinances that protect Salisbury’s citizens and economic future while not prohibiting growth is not always an easy task, but when you see the results of your work, it is always very satisfying.”
