Due to a printing issue with our billing vendor, paper utility bills from Salisbury-Rowan Utilities will arrive later than usual.
What customers need to know:
• To allow for the delay, the January bill due date has been extended to January 15. This extension applies to January bills only.
• Late fees will be assessed on January 24, as scheduled.
• Customers enrolled in online billing received their bills on time and may pay as usual.
We apologize for the late arrival of paper bills and any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience and understanding. To avoid future delays, customers are encouraged to enroll in online bill pay at pay.salisburync.gov/registration.
