SRU Reports No Water Quality Issues

The City of Salisbury is aware of water safety issues in a neighboring water system.

Salisbury-Rowan Utilities does not receive water from the affected system.

Our water is treated at the Salisbury Water Treatment Plant and testing does not indicate any contamination.

We regularly monitor drinking water throughout the distribution system for bacteriological contamination and we have not detected any contamination.
