The 2026 Parking Permit Program applications for downtown parking permits officially open June 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon).
The 2026 permit program will go into effect on July 1, 2026, and permits will be valid through June 30, 2027.
Applications can be submitted starting June 24 at 12:00 PM. You may apply via two methods:
Commercial Parking: $35/space/month--$420/space/year with full annual payment due upon receipt of permit. Payment will be prorated based on date that the permit is approved, or if early termination is required due to construction. There will be a $10 fee for replaced placards in the event of a lost card. Replacement cards are available if the original damaged card is turned in at 217 S Main Street.
Residential Parking: Off street parking is $35/space/month--$420/space/year with full annual payment due upon receipt of permit. Payment will be prorated based on date that the permit is approved. There will be a $10 fee for replaced placards in the event of a lost card. Replacement cards are available if the original damaged card is turned in at 217 S Main Street.
On street parking is $25/month. This will be a monthly charge. Please note, spaces are not guaranteed with this permit. This allows residents to park in the 100 blocks of East and West Council Street for longer than two hours. However, spaces in that section are still first come, first served. Up to 40 permits will be issued for on street parking. There will be a $10 fee for replaced placards in the event of a lost card. Replacement cards are available if the original damaged card is turned in at 217 S Main Street.
