Customers who pay their City of Salisbury utility bill by mail should note that the payment mailing address has changed.
Effective immediately, mail payments to City of Salisbury, PO Box 96183, Charlotte, NC 28296-6183.
This change only affects mailed payments. Online payments, direct debit, pay-by-text, electronic banking, and in-person payment options remain unchanged.
Here is the complete list of payment options for your reference:
Direct Debit: You can have your payment automatically drafted from a checking or savings account. The payment will be debited from your bank account on the day the payment is due. There is no fee for this service. To enroll in this plan, please call our office at (704) 638-5300.
Online Payments: Pay online with a debit/credit card or an electronic check. Go to our website at www.salisburync.gov/CW2 and create an online account to view and pay your bill at your convenience. One-time payments are also available online without registration.
Pay-by-Text: Sign up for Pay-by-Text through your registered, online account. Visit salisburync.gov/CW2 for more details.
Electronic Banking: Most banks offer bill pay service, at no charge, to their customers. Make sure to include your entire 14-digit account number when using these services.
