City departments kicked off the upcoming budget year, Wednesday, Jan. 30, in preparation for the next fiscal year. Fiscal Year 2025 (FY2025) is the city’s budget year that will run from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The adopted budget ordinance will set the new tax rate and city fees.

Previously, commission members toured downtown businesses and chose the winners. This year, the public was given the task, and the votes poured in!
