Employee Spotlight: Jeff Caster
This month’s employee spotlight is Jeff Caster, a 28-year veteran with Salisbury-Rowan Utilities (SRU). In his role as an Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) supervisor, Jeff ensures that all meter readings are accurate and ready for billing and supports the customer service team by addressing any customer concerns about meter readings.

On Saturday, January 18, 2025 the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Weekend Parade will return to downtown Salisbury. We invite the entire Salisbury-Rowan Community to participate. This year there will be no parade entry fee.

During Spruce Up Weeks, City of Salisbury residents can place items at the curb on their regular collection day before 7:00 a.m. The City of Salisbury Public Works Department will pick up your old appliances, tires without rims (limit 5 tires or less per location) and extra bagged trash.
