Weekend kicks off with Buskers’ Bash
Downtown Salisbury hosts its first Bell Tower BREWFEST beer festival, Saturday, Oct. 8, at Bell Tower Green, in partnership with the Historic Salisbury Foundation’s OctoberTour weekend of events. Visitors are able to purchase combination tickets to both events, celebrating all things craft beer, history, music and fun.

The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is a federally-funded program that provides emergency assistance to low-income households, particularly those with the lowest incomes, that pay a high proportion of household income for drinking water and wastewater services.

In this case, the Bell Tower Green Advisory Committee is the appropriate group to talk through feasibility, location, and funding for a flag structure at the park.
