Have bulky trash items that don't fit in your trash can? Place your bulky item trash at the curb on your regular collection day before 7 a.m. during Spruce Up Week, and the City will collect it for free! Please read further to learn what bulky trash items are allowed.
Spring Spruce Week will be April 23 through 27, 2018. This collection is for RESIDENTS living inside the city limits of Salisbury, NC. NO BUSINESSES. Spruce Up weeks are organized by the Public Services division and the Community Appearance Commission.
What is allowed: - old appliances - tires without rims (limit 5 per location) - regular bagged trash - furniture, beds & mattresses What is NOT allowed: - No computers, TVs or electronic equipment - No building materials (this includes carpet, padding, sheet rock, sinks, lumber, commodes, windows, etc.)
