The family-owned soft drink Cheerwine and its hometown of Salisbury, N.C., are teaming up to bring back the annual “Cheerwine Festival” for its third consecutive year.
Mark Drye is a senior management analyst for the City of Salisbury Finance Department. Mark has worked with the city for over 22 years.
