Shannon C. Moore has resigned as finance director with the City of Salisbury. Her last day is Friday, July 30.
Rowan County parents, caregivers and students are invited to the bi-annual 2021 Back-to-School Community Resource Fair, Saturday, Aug. 14, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Salisbury Civic Center, 315 S. The award-winning Salisbury Sculpture Show, curated by the Salisbury Public Art Committee (SPAC), returns to Salisbury for its 13th year. There are 21 sculptures to see throughout the City including downtown Salisbury, local colleges and in neighborhoods.
The City of Salisbury Transit has resumed regular bus service schedules on its ADA Paratransit and regular fixed routes. Regular transit riders were notified of the service change previously.
