Employee Spotlight: Alan Fowler, Laboratory Services Supervisor

     This month’s employee spotlight is Alan Fowler, Laboratory Services Supervisor for Salisbury-Rowan Utilities (SRU). In his role, Alan supervises both the water and wastewater laboratories. He oversees and schedules the daily activities of both labs to ensure state and federal regulatory compliance. He works with SRU divisions to provide accurate data in order to optimize plant operations. 
     “I enjoy being part of the SRU team. My role (working with laboratory, Environmental Services, and operations) allows me the opportunity to keep our community healthy and safe.”
