Be The Difference, Be A Transit Operations Supervisor - Employee Spotlight: Kimberly Bell

This month’s employee spotlight is Kimberly Bell, the transit operations supervisor with the Salisbury Transit Department. In her role, Kimberly ensures transit equipment is safe to operate, oversees drivers’ compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and keeps the city free from liability. She also schedules ADA rides and educates passengers about the transit system.
     “My favorite part of the job is being a bridge between the passengers and our community resources, and ensuring a safe and informed transit experience for passengers.”
