The City of Salisbury is now accepting applications for our FY 2020-2021 Historic Preservation Incentive (HPI) Grant Program. These matching grants, up to $2,500, are available on a competitive basis for exterior projects on owner-occupied homes in Salisbury’s four residential local historic districts: Ellis Street Graded School, Brooklyn South Square, North Main, and West Square. Low/moderate income homeowners may be eligible for a larger award.

The City of Salisbury today was awarded a $543,000 Paul Bruhn Historic Revitalization Grant by the National Park Service (NPS) to support the preservation of downtown Salisbury’s historic buildings.

By appointment only: Wednesday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
