The Salisbury Police Department (SPD) was notified that current SPD Officer, Michael B. Scroggs, was arrested by Rowan County Sheriff’s Office deputies as a result of an investigation into a domestic violence incident just after midnight today.

The Parks and Recreation Department is happy to announce that registration is currently open for youth athletic camps, and camps kickoff starting June 6^th. Athletic camps include Youth Baseball, Girl’s Youth Volleyball, and Girl’s Fast Pitch Softball.
