On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at approximately 10:03 PM, the Salisbury Police Department responded to 1205 South Main Street in reference to an individual who had sustained a gunshot wound. Arriving Officers located two females and one infant that had sustained gunshot wounds.

Nestor was a coordinator for the Salisbury Police Department (SPD) for 18 months, managing the WEST END Grant project in the community’s West End.
