Shooting 1200 Block of West Bank St - Update Salisbury Police Department / Wednesday, October 27, 2021 0 19171 Last night, at approximately 8 PM with the assistance of the Rowan County Sheriff’s Department, the Salisbury Police Department Criminal Division Unit and Salisbury Police Department NCAT arrested Marshall Oliver Morefield (DOB-03-07-2003) for the shooting that occurred Saturday, October 23rd, 2021 in the 1200 block of West Bank St. Mr. Morefield was charged with Assault with Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury.
