The City of Salisbury is officially launching its much-anticipated microtransit pilot program, branded as Salisbury Connect, on Monday, January 19, 2026.  This on-demand service is designed to function similarly to rideshare apps but for the cost of public transit. 

The Salisbury Police Department is proud to announce the promotion of Lieutenant Travis Shulenburger to the rank of Major, where he will assume command of the Criminal Investigations Division.

The annual Salisbury City Council planning retreat will take place on Tuesday, January 27, and Wednesday, January 28, in City Council Chambers, City Hall, 217 South Main Street.
